Construction Management

Our Construction Management services support owners who are not quite sure of the scope of their project or need more flexibility than a general contractor can provide. Through feasibility studies, Vector Construction can develop budgets and weigh in on engineering ideas, while also ensuring that the materials used are both affordable and available. We try to identify, address and remedy potential mistakes up front so that they are made only on paper and not in the field. We  work with the landlord, architect, and/or civil engineer to develop complete and accurate plans.
